Property Lawyer

A number of vacancies have arisen in our Clients Commercial Property department for solicitors with 5 years + experience to join their York office

The team deals with all areas of commercial and investment properties including development, sales and purchases of shopping centres, offices, industrial estates, mixed portfolios and individual properties.

Clients range from large property companies both plcs and private to the growing number of individuals and smaller investors choosing to invest in commercial property.

A thorough knowledge of development work, property finance or corporate support is required for this role. Experience in business development activities would be an advantage.
