Private Client Solicitor - 4PQE -

We are looking for a senior solicitor, at least four years qualified, to join our Clients Private Capital Group (PCG) within the Private Client Department. The PCG advises on all aspects of private client law, predominantly centering on capital taxation planning, drafting of Wills, Trusts and ancillary documentation and advising generally in relation to wealth structuring.

In addition to PCG, our Private Client Department includes our Tax, Trust and Accounting Services Team, Financial Planning Team and Matrimonial Team. The successful candidate will be part of PCG, but will work closely with the other teams within the department. The post-holder will be able to work largely unsupervised and be interested in assisting with supervising the work of the more junior solicitors.

There is a well-defined career structure in place for our solicitors. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to progress to the level of Associate, Director or, in the longer term, Partner.
