Corporate Solicitor 3-5 PQE

We are looking for a Corporate lawyer with 3 - 5 years PQE gained within a major City or regional firm to undertake a full range of corporate and transactional work based in Tyneside

This will involve general corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, business sales, joint ventures and private equity / management buyouts.

Previous general corporate experience including private equity and venture capital would be an advantage but is not essential. Proven business development experience would be useful.
