Corporate Solicitor 0-3 PQE

We are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE gained within a major City or regional firm to undertake a wide range of corporate and transactional work.

Based Tees Valley you will quickly take responsibility for your own caseload. This will involve M & A, business sales, joint ventures and private equity/management buyouts.

A thorough knowledge of Corporate Law and a high level of commercial acumen are required for this role. An interest in business development activities would be advantageous.
