Customer Service Advisors
Due to the expansion of Home Information Packs on 10 September to include 3 bedroom properties, we have an opportunity for Customer Service Advisers to join our clients Volume Business Department. The Home Information Pack Team will produce 4000 packs per month for some of the largest names in the property business and the Customer Service team will be responsible for taking inbound calls from clients and estate agents requesting an update on the progress of their pack.
The role will involve speaking to customers and referrers regarding the progress of the packs as well as making pro-active outbound calls to update customers or request further information. In addition some general administration tasks including data entry will be required.
Successful candidates should have experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call handling environment or display the ability to adapt quickly to that environment. Key board skills with speed and accuracy are also essential to the role. An awareness of the conveyancing process would be an advantage, but not essential.
Salary £14000 (depending on experience )
