Corporate Solicitor 0-3 PQE

We are looking for a lawyer with 0 - 3 PQE gained within a major City or regional firm to undertake a wide range of corporate and transactional work. based in York.


The role will involve working on a wide range of corporate transactions which covers public and private company mergers and acquisitions, all aspects of corporate law regulatory work, business start-ups, share and business sales and purchases, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, stock market flotations, management buy-outs, venture capital work for private equity houses and some financial services regulatory work.

The scope of work is diverse, and a desire and aptitude to undertake a wide range of work, and where necessary develop your existing experience into new areas, will be essential.

This position is based in Yorkshire but our nationwide client base offers opportunities to travel throughout the UK

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of corporate experience, ideally gained within a regional or City firm. You will be working with some of the firm's key clients, and good client handling skills are essential.
