Nordic Speaking Telesales Manager


Our client is one of the largest and most reputable of all of the global financial service providers. Due to recent successes, this large, global player is expanding rapidly.

There is now an immediate requirement for a number of Bilingual Telesales Managers
to work at the company’s Uxbridge offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a young vibrant team with excellent growth opportunities.

JOB SUMMARY: To provide a high standard of customer service and to meet sales targets. This role will involve outbound sales call handling.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Call Handling

Handle calls in an efficient and professional manner in order to provide information to customers and to generate sales.
Establish the underlying needs of the customer through active listening and effective questioning and react accordingly.
Accurately data enter all customer information on computer systems.
Solve customer queries.
Respond to all customer queries in a friendly and helpful manner.

Sales Generation

Achieve sales and retention related targets in accordance with ICT and client targets.
Meet campaign targets in terms of quality monitoring scores and customer satisfaction.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Work experience: You must have previous management experience preferably in sales

Languages: You must be fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish, as well as English

Education: G.C.S.E. or equivalent.

Results Focus: Sets high work standards for self and demonstrates drive to meet targets.

Teamwork: Contributes actively to a working environment in which colleagues work co-operatively with each other, accepting collective responsibility.

Communication: Must have a good clear and confident telephone manner. Will convey information clearly, accurately and convincingly through speech and in writing. Must demonstrate listening skills, tact, diplomacy and rapport building.

Planning and Organisation: Prioritises, organises and schedules activities and resources to ensure achievement of results.

Respect for all: Demonstrates awareness of cultural and community diversity and sensitivity to the needs and feelings of other people.
