Senior Solicitor

A vacancy has arisen for a senior solicitor to join our Clients Private Capital Group (PCG) within the Private Client Department, based in York. The PCG advises on all aspects of private client law, predominantly centring on capital taxation planning, drafting of Wills, Trusts and ancillary documentation and advising generally in relation to wealth structuring. In addition to PCG, the firm's Private Client Department includes the Tax, Trust and Accounting Services Team, Financial Planning Team, Charities Team and Matrimonial Team.

The successful candidate would be expected to head up Private Client mainstream services in York.

The successful candidate will either currently be a partner or be a senior associate with genuine partnership prospects. For the right candidate, partnership may be offered following successful performance in the role.
