Sales and Service Representative

The Sales and Service Representative provides support to the operational department by selling Conveyancing service to external customers, additional services such as utilities, insurance, removals and surveys may also become part of the business needs.

The key responsibility will be to actively generate conveyancing and additional services for volume conveyancing, liaising with customers (internal and external), referrers of business and external service providers.

The successful candidate should have the ability to call customers and build rapport from outset to promote services. IT literate with a professional and polite manner you should have sales experience in volume (not necessarily legal) environment and have the ability to quickly learn about new products. Experience in a professional services (including insurance or banking) environment would be an advantage.
