Principal Planner

A new opportunity has arisen in the Planning team within the Newcastle Office of a respected law firm, for an enthusiastic and commercially aware planner.

This is an excellent role for someone with an RTPI recognised degree together with practical experience and knowledge of the planning system. The successful candidate will need to be MRTPI or RICS.

You will be responsible for providing advice and co-ordination on development proposals, submitting applications and appeals and researching and reporting on development potential. You will have the opportunity to be involved in strategic planning consultancy providing advice to major institutions and public authorities. There will also be an opportunity to develop your own area of expertise and client focus
