Planning Solicitor 8-10 PQE

A vacancy has arisen in our Clients York office for a solicitor with 8-10 years PQE to join the firm's Planning Team.

The Team provides advice and support for both public and private sector clients including advice upon a range of contentious and non-contentious matters on all aspects of the planning and development process.

Key areas of practice for the team include compulsory purchase and compensation, major planning applications and regeneration schemes, planning obligations, environmental impact assessment and enforcement work, to name but a few areas.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience of all aspects of Planning work including compulsory purchase experience and be able to demonstrate excellent technical and professional skills.

Business development activities are a key part of this position therefore past experience in establishing and maintaining client relationships in essential.
