Planning Solicitor 3-5 PQE

A vacancy has arisen in our Clients York office for a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join the firm's Planning Team.

The Team provides advice and support for both public and private sector clients including advice upon a range of contentious and non-contentious matters on all aspects of the planning and development process.

Key areas of practice will involve major planning applications and regeneration schemes, compulsory purchase and compensation and planning obligations, in addition to covering other areas of planning legal work.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of many aspects of Planning work, and be keen to develop their career in a challenging but supportive environment.

An ability to develop excellent relationships with existing and target clients is essential.
