Part Time Receptionist


To provide a key client support role, thus enhancing the overall service provided to clients.

The role will involve part time support of reception and telephones between the hours of 1.30pm and 6.00pm. Working in conjunction with the other part time receptionist to provide comprehensive cover between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm.

The position will involve meeting and greeting clients when they arrive at reception and informing the relevant fee earner or support staff of their client's arrival.

This position will also involve handling enquiries from callers and asking appropriate questions of them in order to determine which fee earner or other staff member to pass the call to.

The successful candidate will be responsible for booking meeting rooms and training facilities for internal and external meetings and the organising of refreshments for client meetings when required.

The ideal candidate will have proven receptionist experience within a professional environment and be able to demonstrate solid client care skills.

Communication skills are essential as this position will involve interaction with a wide variety of internal and external clients both by telephone and face-to-face.

The successful candidate will be organised, professional with the ability to work in a sometimes pressurised environment. Adaptability and a flexible attitude are key skills for this role.
