Post Services Assistant
The Post Services Assistant is an important support role to the Volume Business Team. The post holder will handle high volumes of incoming post and will follow company processes to accurately allocate post. Some problem solving skills will also be needed to allocate unreferenced items of post.
Reporting to the Post Services Supervisor, the Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate allocation and distribution of post services within the Volume Business team.
The successful applicant should have proven experience in a post handling environment and have strong administration and customer service skills. An attention to detail and problem solving skills are also important. Experience of handling imaged documents would be an advantage.
