Pensions Solicitor

We have opportunities within our Clients Pensions department for NQ - 5 PQE solicitors to join this well established and busy team.

The team is instructed by both national and international clients. It also works closely with the teams in Private Client, Corporate and Insolvency. The team also offers an independent trustee function.

Based in Newcastle this team offers plenty of interesting and challenging opportunities for client contact, drafting documents, and negotiating complex transactions. The Pensions team also offers the opportunity to get involved in contentious work, ranging from individual complaints and disputes to Pensions Ombudsman and court proceedings.

Thorough training gained within a City or regional firm and the desire and aptitude to undertake a wide range of challenging and varied work. Commercially aware and technically proficient, a genuine interest in Pensions law is essential for this role.
An interest in business development would be advantageous.
