The client

Established 18 years ago and is UK's largest private recruitment organisation, our client is undergoing phenomenal growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for running your own desk supplying IT professionals into temporary/permanent roles throughout the UK depending on previous experience.

This challenging but rewarding role will require proactive and reactive selling skills, and you will rely on your sales background to maintain existing and develop new client and candidate relationships.
You will be responsible for attracting, interviewing and placing your own candidates and will be accountable for hitting the company sales targets.

Eventually you will head up your own team. This is a meritocratic company without the micro-management culture!

The Candidate

At least 1 years previous IT recruitment experience,
Have a proven background of success in a targeted environment.
Must have the initiative, drive and ambition to succeed
Must have outstanding communication & presentational skills
