Review Officer, London


The candidate must have previous statutory experience with older people, knowledge of the NHS and Community Care Act 1990 is essential. Previous experience conducting assessments, reports, care plans and reviews is also essential.

The candidate will be providing assessment and care management services for simple client cases with either a Social Work or Occupational Therapy requirement. Additionally the candidate will be co-ordinating the activities required to meet all the care needs of an allocated client co-working with colleagues inside or outside the Community Care teams, to deliver client-focused services.
