Tenancy Assistant, London


A minimum of 6 months clerical and administrative experience within a social housing environment is essential, or a housing qualification. Additionally the candidate must demonstrate the ability to write general housing management file reports and deal with non-complex housing management correspondence.

The successful candidate will be providing support to a Tenancy Management Adviser, delivering a comprehensive tenancy management service to all tenants and leaseholders in the area. Further to this the candidate will be liaising with the Tenancy Management Adviser, Customer Services and Estate Services Team in order to effectively respond to a wide range of housing related queries.
