Substance misuse Group Worker London

Experience running group sessions with substance misuse clients is essential. Experience with case management for drug and alcohol clients is essential.

A local service is looking for a tier 2 substance misuse worker to take on a case load of clients performing assessments and care plans as well as sign posting them onto other services such as prescribing services, benefits and housing. The role will involve facilitating groups around such is as cognitive behaviour, CBT, stress management as well as others including relapse prevention. This exciting role offers flexible hours.
