Restorative Justice Officer, (YOT), London
Previous experience working within a Youth Offending team is essential. Additionally the candidate must have experience of working with victims and experience of managing sessional staff. The candidate must also have knowledge of all relevant legislation.
The Candidate will be contributing to the aims of preventing offending by children and young people, improving community safety and enhancing life prospects for young people and their families by developing and supporting a range of community reparation projects. Further to this the candidate will be involved in mediation interventions for young offenders, the victims of their crime, and the wider community. The candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team and in partnership with others to provide a range of integrated Youth Justice Services for young offenders and their families.
