Housing voids admin officer

Experience processing repair and works orders essential. Experience with the i-World system is also essential.

A local housing team is looking for a voids officer to process works and repair orders on a patch of properties which are predominantly vacant. The role will involve using the i-World database to log and process the orders. Although no technical experience is needed, successful applicants may be given the opportunity to gain experience in void inspections.
