A local government body is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to head up the accommodation strategy team. The role will involve managing two team leaders who will be responsible for supervisory responsibilities. This will allow the successful applicant to take on other duties such as business plan reviewing, attending and chairing meetings and developing strategies for FM and accommodation Strategy.
