Functional Title:
Microsoft Dynamics-AX Implementation Consultant

Main Purpose of role:

To provide consultancy and implementation services to new and existing clients. An element of pre and post sales support will be required.

Essential Functions:
Identify the main activities within each of the key objectives as above.
Identify time to be spent on each one as a %age of the role.
80% - Consult, design and deliver strong Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions across a range of business sectors to fulfil the objectives/deliverables agreed by the client, on time and on budget. Thereby enabling the life time value of the client to be maximised.
12% - Maintain up to date application and technical knowledge.
5% - Specify program modifications
3% - Undertake administrative duties as necessary

Geographical Scope:Mainly UK

Education: Degree Level
Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant
Accreditations Microsoft Dynamics-AX 4.0 :-
Finance; Trade and Logistics
Projects; Production; Microsoft CRM, Other AX certification

Special Skills and Knowledge: Microsoft Office – incl using Excel as a reporting and analysis tool. MS Reporting Services; Other BI tools

Experience:- Dynamics –AX Finance and Trade and Logistics Implementations
- Business Process Mapping
- Gap Analysis
-Writing specifications, configuration documents and reports.
-Communicating and presenting at a senior level
