Young persons substance misuse worker

Care management experience with substance misuse clients essential. Experience with working with young persons with substance misuse issues would be a benefit.

A local young persons drugs and alcohol service is looking for an experience drug worker to join their service. The successful applicant with be tasked with performing assessments and designing care plans around their substance misuse needs. The role will involve key working adolescents and the job offers the opportunity to gain harm minimisation experience. For those applicants that would be interested the service is offering the opportunity to co-facilitate groups.
