Lean Manufacturing Associate

Our client is a multi national consultancy delivering business process improvements to global clients. They are currently seeking several highly skilled individuals to implement Lean Manufacturing systems throughout the UK.

Candidates must have successfully applied lean manufacturing tools including the following:

· Standardised Work
· Current and Future State Mapping
· TPM
· Jidoka
· Quick Changeover
· Visual Factory
· Error Proofing
· Lean Logistics/J.I.T.

In addition, it is essential that candidates be skilled in influencing at all levels within client companies to effect major change, and subsequently provide top level support and coaching throughout the process.
