Income collection officer

Experience with rent arrears collection is essential. Experience with the i-World system is also essential.

A local housing organisation is looking for an experienced income collection officer to take on a patch of properties. The role involves using the data base system i-World and will involve all aspects of rent recovery including initial letters and following through court proceedings through to evictions.
