Older Person’s Social Worker

An Older Person’s Social worker vacancy has opened in the West London area for a Care Manager post. A suitable candidate must have experience of working with older people in a statutory setting. Experience of a managerial post would be a benefit but is not essential. Duties will include providing professional assessment and care management service to the clients and to effectively manage a client caseload. A Social work degree, DipSW, CQSW, CCETSW or any other GSCC recognised qualification is essential.
