Building Surveyor

A stimulating opportunity has arisen in the South London area for a Disrepair Project Surveyor. A good knowledge of technical defects and their remedies in all types of building is essential. A suitable candidate will be expected to answer technical questions at court, liaise with tenant teams and contractors. Duties will include writing reports, visiting buildings to access damage and attending court hearings. Suitable candidates must have experience in a private or local government surveying environments.
