MCSE Trainer
SUMMARY
To deliver high quality training when required at any IT Training or customer site.
To deliver high quality training to delegates adhering to the training profile for the appropriate course.
To consistently deliver high degree of customer satisfaction and to follow all the company’s procedures and processes.
To manage the training experience for the delegates to achieve customer and company objectives.
To develop bespoke or tailored courses to agreed timeframes that meet customer expectations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To deliver high quality courses and training services in classroom or office environment at any required location.
2. To follow all processes and procedures to ensure training is delivered to a high quality standard that meets customer and company objectives.
3. To design courses and all supporting course materials to high quality standards that meet customer expectations.
4. To tailor existing courses to meet specialist customer requirements.
5. To assist in the education and training of internal staff as necessary to support sales and customer service.
6. To provide post course support to delegates as part of the service agreed.
7. To produce post course summary reports as required.
8. To provide pre and post sales support, including attending customer meetings and running pilot or demonstration training to customers as required by the sales team.
9. To provide accurate and timely reporting to Business Manager / Team Manager as required.
