Substance misuse nurse

RMN or RGN qualification essential. Previous experience working with chaotic substance misuse clients essential. Experience key working clients on prescribed substitutes essential.

A new multi disciplinary substance misuse service is looking for a qualified substance misuse nurse to take on a case load of chaotic substance misuse clients (primarily crack cocaine users with poly drug issues). The role will include assessing and care planning around issues such as harm minimisation and relapse prevention.
