Substance misuse service user coordinator

Experience gathering feedback from substance misuse service users essential. Current knowledge of existing drug and alcohol treatment plans and government strategies also essential.

A statutory substance misuse service is looking to fill this exciting role which will give the successful applicant the opportunity to gather opinion and feedback from substance misuse service users and use this to help develop local treatment plans and strategies. The role will involve developing and setting up of an independent service user group over a number of months with a view to setting it up as its own autonomous body. The role would ideally be filled by someone who would enjoy a challenge and is happy to work independently.
