Community and Reablement Officer

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with disabled adults. The post itself involves supporting service users in individual and group programmes as well as helping clients gain access to community based resources. The role also emphasises the importance of wherever possible enabling service users to gain access to mainstream work, training and recreational opportunities as well as working in partnership with other organisations which promote the interests of disabled adults.
