Applicant Support Officer

Experience giving technical support on council housing software, specifically Northgate iWorld essential. Experience with information systems such as nova view and CRM would be beneficial. A good candidate would be able to demonstrate a proven track record of training users on these systems.

A London council is looking for an application support officer to give technical support in it Housing IT dept. The role will involve dealing with a wide range of issues including rents repairs and estates and assisting with any technical issues arising through the use of the relevant experience.
