Including this key technical leadership role, responsible for the entire manufacturing process and a substantial proportion of the Company's overall operational costs, the requirements of which reflect totally the organisation's commitment to, and confidence in, the twin achievements of sustained growth & true process excellence.

A Graduate calibre (HNC +) Process Engineer, the successful candidate will combine impressive technical credibility with a track record gained in a demanding, complex, process manufacturing environment... operationally, and in terms of helping drive successful improvement strategies. Other key credentials are:
· Good knowledge of continuous improvement (Chemical & Production Processes)
· A high level of technical competence, with the ability to carefully monitor and control mixtures & sensitive chemical processes
· The ability to help influence change, and bed-in continuous improvement practices
· Project Engineering skills relevant to new product introduction & production process improvement investments
· Strong analytical & presentation skills, to effectively drive ongoing process & factory development
· The desire to play a central and leading role in the development of a World Class Company.
