Referral Order Worker - YOT

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with young offenders and of writing reports. The role itself will involve engaging with all stakeholders as part of the wider restorative processes and particular in regards to the Youth Offending Service victim workers. Other duties include assisting in the induction, training and development of volunteer panel members as well as managing all Referral Orders in accordance with the national standards and local council policies.
