Sales Account Manager


The Position

Develop, maximize and maintain all potential sales from an allocated base of B2B customers.

Working to daily and monthly targets including:

• Handset Sales (Simfree & Prepay)
• Gross Profit
• Customers Sold Into
• Key Skills

Creating desire, identifying needs, up-selling, cross-selling, negotiating and closing deals by using persuasive and influential sales skills.

Building and maintaining relationships by becoming a “Business Partner” to the customer by using interpersonal skills, reliability, accuracy and attention to detail.

Understanding all business area’s including Finance, Credit Control and Customer Service.

Motivated, enthusiastic, hungry for success and financial reward.

K.P.I’s

• At Least 4.5 hours on outgoing calls
• At Least 100 Outbound Calls
• Customer Knowledge – Type of business, potential, competitors, decision makers.
• Handset Knowledge
• Industry Knowledge


General Information

Internally office based in Crewe working in a team of 12 people.

Official hours are 9-6pm, 30 minutes lunch Monday to Friday. 21 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays.

The Sales Team participate in a Sales Meeting at 8.30am everyday and finish when all of their orders have been processed.

The salary & car is negotiable. Approx:

15-22K Basic
6-12K Bonus
