Substance Misuse Worker

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a substance misuse service including conducting assessments, writing care plans and keyworking. The post itself involves working in a tier 2/3 service with clients which have been referred from the Criminal Justice System. As well as conducting assessments, writing care plans and key working clients, the successful candidate will also co-facilitate groups and carry a caseload.
