Physical Disabilities Social Worker

Qualified social worker with knowledge of the ISIS database essential. Experience would adult clients essential and experience with physical disabilities clients would be of benefit.

A local social work team is looking for a QSW to take on a case load of up to 22 physical disabilities clients. The role will involve assessments and care plans as well as some presentation work on certain care plans in application for finance. Although prior experience with physical disabilities is preferable social workers with experience with older persons or mental health clients will be considered.
