3rd Line Support
My customer a new breed of service provider supplying broadband services to leading business' enabling them to communicate better, faster and more productively. We seek to appoint a motivated individual whose responsibility will be to provide excellent network management and troubleshooting on an IP based infrastructure, along with first class customer liaison, supplier management and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing proactive and reactive approaches to resolve network and or customer issues on the infrastructure. Overseeing network additions and migrations as and when required
24X7 shift based role working as part of a team providing proactive network management activities, backups, migrations, upgrades and traffic utilisation monitoring.
CCNP preferred as is a good working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and an understanding of network design
