Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Head QA/QC Officer is providing assistance to the Project Management Team to achieve the effective implementation of the quality requirements.

This includes but is not limited to:

Ensure implementation of the Site Quality Control Plan.

Verification that all QC requirements of the Contract and the relevant Employer's/ Superintending Officer's instructions are being followed.
Ensure that the QC Plan documentation, testing and inspection records are properly maintained.

Monitor and define quality problem areas and propose corrective actions to the Project Management Team.

Monitor and define Health, Safety and Environmental problem areas and take corrective actions in coordination with the Project Management Team.
Supervise 3-4 engineers of QC department and 2 inspectors.
Experience in a similar position within a construction company is required.
