SAP HR Solutions Architect
My client is looking for Solution Architects who are required to work with customers from day one - from the first engagement, through blueprint design, implementation, go-live and any subsequent post-implementation work. Your role is to design the solution, mapping the clients' requirements to SAP functionality; identifying business benefits for the client; ensuring the configuration delivers to the scope of the design; plus taking responsibility for ensuring that any phase 2 work is compatible.
It's a customer-focused and varied role and you will need 7-plus years' experience in SAP HR & Payroll, with experience in designing and delivering solutions for clients across a range of industries. You are likely to have a solid understanding of most, if not all, of the SAP HR sub-modules and will have specialist knowledge of Payroll and Time. You will also be comfortable facilitating workshops along with preparing and presenting solution designs at board level. You should be experienced at costing projects, performing change control impact analysis, and controlling scope.
