Inbound telesales executive

A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Account Manager to join a based in South Manchester that manufacture and sell Promotional Merchandising. The main purpose of the role will be to deliver efficient and effective customer service, ensuring sales enquiries, orders and quotes are dealt with promptly. The role entails a high volume of inbound telephone calls. You will have at least 12 months' telephone sales experience and will be required to maximize business opportunities and build existing client relationships by means of in-bound and outbound telephone calls. You will be highly customer focused, used to working towards individual targets, have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
