Team Leader (Relocation Company)

My client, a leading Relocation and Global Mobility provider are seeking a new Team leader for their dynamic and expanding London based Relocation office. This position will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of a team working on a variety of client accounts.

- Responsible for generating potential business leads - Attend client meetings and structure/chair meetings to ensure that actions are taken - Responsible for training/career development of the team - Maintain client, assignee and team satisfaction.

- Applicants should have a thorough understanding of the relocation process and procedures - A broad knowledge of all the Home Search - A broad knowledge of all the Major Estate Agents used in the Home Search process - Excellent negotiating skills - Client focused - Strong leadership skills - Strong organisation skills
