Outreach Worker / Treatment Worker for Substance Misuse Clients

Experience of care planning substance misuse clients is essential (minimum of 6 months). Experience in carrying a caseload of clients and keyworking also essential. Any experience working with crack or heroin clients a benefit but not essential. This role will involve working in the community 2 or 3 times a week promoting the services available and also dealing with new clients that come in. This work will involve managing the treatment of clients, motivational interviewing and acre planning. Opportunity to develop role.
