Technical Sales Manager

Due to continued new business growth, our client now has a need for an office based Technical Sales Manager to join their modern, dynamic and friendly organisation.

They are looking for the Technical Sales Manager to;-
* Manage the internal Sales team.
* Support the external Consultants team.
* Develop and maintain relationships with Introducers.
* Support Introducers with Technical information and guidance.

The successful candidate must have a background of Management in Legal or Financial Services and will be able to combine strong Technical skills with a keen commercial awareness.

Candidate Specification;-
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage direct reports.
* Organisation and prioritisation.
* Multi tasking, problem solving and results focused.

The role requires the following Technical skills;-
* Understanding of Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax and Laws of Succession.
* Strong IT skills.
