SSU Advisor
Provide telephone support for the company's customers and
agents.
Provide support to the RAMS's as required and in particular
in monitoring the agents who are under performing.
Follow up all potential PI claims and allocate to solicitors in
line with Company guidelines.
Contact with agents as required and deal with updates and
queries from solicitors.
Deal with complaints from customers and agents
Scan call sheets onto the system.
Filing competitor information.
Operate within rules & guidelines set by the company.
**Bonus is subject to a satisfactory 3 month probationary period and will not be paid within this period**
Alternate hours - 8-5 / 9-6
1 hour for lunch / 20 days holiday
