Senior Project Worker for London Substance Misuse Housing Service

4 months (minimum) experience supervising or team leading experience essential. Experience of working with substance misuse (drug and alcohol) clients essential including designing and developing care plans and conducting assessments. Knowledge and experience of housing management also essential. Experience with mental health clients a benefit but not essential. This role will involve holding a caseload of substance misuse clients as well as managing a small team of staff. This role is initially for a period of months to start asap and based in London.
