Our client is a major subcontract facilities management organisation, specialising in the retail market & with a customer base representing over 1000 high street & shopping centre premises.

This role, based in the northern Home Counties but responsible for all UK field operations, has arisen as a result of the companies acquisition by a major multi-national PLC, who are wishing to develop the business by implementing a major change programme – effectively a management best practice exercise, into an organisation that has not realised its commercial potential due to its history of dramatic growth from a smaller, technically-led business culture.

The successful candidate needs to combine a strong general management pedigree, with previous experience leading a significantly sized commercial business & proven leadership skills … with good technical credibility gained in a multi-site maintenance / facilities management environment.
