Leading the Facilities & Engineering Maintenance Team of one of Gatwick's 5 newly-integrated Business Units (eg. South Terminal, Airside etc.), you will be motivated to play a key role in helping the Airport realise its ambitious plans for the future. You would manage a cross-functional, multi-skilled team of maintenance technicians, engineers & contractors, encouraging them to adopt new, strategic approaches to the reliability & efficiency of airport assets. Through skillful coaching & performance management, you would be expected to create a genuine team environment; where people are consistently motivated to provide outstanding customer experiences...
