Service Administrator


Our client, a Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer, is seeking a Service Administrator for their Dealership near Grimsby.

You must have first class customer/people handling skills, a good telephone manner and be computer literate. Experience of working in the motor trade is highly desirable but not essential for this role.

Your main duties will include controlling and managing fleet customer service planners, WIP control, invoice queries, booking & planning fleet MOT's, control of manufacturer recalls and campaigns and operating as an assistant to the Service Manager.

Additionally you will provide cover on Service Reception where you will be booking in vehicles, creating job cards for technicians, telephoning customers, processing invoices and liaising with other departments.

You will be working as an Assistant to the Service Manager so you must have a responsible attitude to your job and be able to take on real responsibility.

This is a varied role in a busy and stimulating environment where excellent organisational and people skills are essential.
